going home

After eleven days in the hospital, we are finally getting to go home! I can’t even tell you how excited we are!

I just wanted to tell everyone about our “home” for the past eleven days- Medical City Children’s Hospital.

This has been THE BEST experience. Ryder’s nurses and doctors have become my friends. They have loved on her like she was the only one here. The day before surgery when I was weepy all day, they cried with me. They held my hand, gave me hugs, and wiped away my tears. It has been amazing. We seriously could not have asked for a better experience.

And here is the man God used to heal our baby girl- Dr. Mendeloff.

I am so beyond thankful that God placed us where we are so that he could be the one performing her surgery.

And I am so thankful for all of you who prayed for us while we were here. I can’t say it enough.

  1. Tiffany, We have been praying for you and your baby. I am so glad to hear you are going home. Sounds like your precious little girl is a tough little girl. Gary and I can understand a little of what you have been through. He has a great-great niece who was born without one of her heart valves. She will be three years old in December. She has had several surgeries because they had to make her a valve and have had to replace it. Lilah amazes us every time of how she comes out so well from her surgeries. I pray that Ryder will continue to do well. She has a lot of people praying for her and a lot of love.

  2. Of all the places you could be He put you right there, right now, because He knew what she needed even before she was. The Hebrews said His Name is unpronounceable because our words are too small for One so Great.

I love hearing from y'all! Leave a comment below!
